Access Mobile Notary is an insured and bonded Mobile Notary business that provides professional services such as notarizing documents, certifying copies, and administering oaths. We will meet you at your home, business, or public facility to complete your notarization needs.
1. Call, text, or email Access Mobile Notary.
2. Describe the document(s) that need to be notarized.
3. We will ask some general questions about the document(s) and advise you of the estimated cost.

4. Schedule an appointment time and location with your notary.
5. Meet your notary at the agreed upon time and location.
6. Supply your notary with a valid government-issued ID.
7. Have your documents notarized.
8. Make payment to your notary via cash, credit card (for additional service fee), or Venmo.
Witnesses must be 18+ years of age. Witnesses cannot be mentioned in the document or related to anyone named in the document. Witnesses must provide current ID and be present for signature in front of Notary.
Access Mobile Notary can provide witnesses for you for an additional fee. This can be discussed during the initial consultation.
Access Mobile Notary can notarize various types of documents, including but not limited to: Affidavits, Bill of Sale, Contracts, Deeds, Divorce & Marriage Documents, Living Will & Testament, Minor Consent Forms, Mortgage Documents, Power of Attorney, Sworn Statements, & Trusts. We also provide Apostille Services.
In addition: We are I-9 Verification Representatives
Birth Certificates, Death Certificates and other Vital Records do not get notarized. These types of documents will need to be Certified as Copies or Apostilled.
You will need to bring a valid government-issued ID, the document(s) to be notarized, witnesses - if your documents require them, and any other necessary paperwork or forms.

An Apostille is a certificate that authenticates an official document for use in another country. If you have an official document that was issued in one of the 50 United States, you will need to have it Apostilled before it is sent to another country. This will then be considered authentic to that country.
